How to Get Started

It starts with a phone call to us at 561-395-4030. We will discuss the details behind the request for a video consultation and will review your request with our veterinarian.

Should the veterinarian agree the video vet visit is appropriate, we will arrange a convenient time for you to meet with our veterinarian. Should our veterinarian determine an in-person visit is necessary, we will schedule a visit to Boca Palms Animal Hospital.

When is Veterinary Telemedicine Appropriate?

Video vet calls, while wildly convenient, do have their limitations. Your veterinarian can only assess so much about your pet over a video call, so it’s important to realize that not all situations are appropriate for telemedicine. If you think your pet is having an emergency, call us immediately at 561-395-4030.
